    Welcome to HOMSOFADECOR. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

    1. Orders

    All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Custom-made furniture orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. You will receive an order confirmation call within 24 hours of placing your order.

    2. Pricing

    All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing the order. Custom furniture pricing may vary based on dimensions, materials, and design complexity.

    3. Payment

    We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. For custom orders and bulk orders, an advance payment of 50% may be required before production begins. Online payment options will be available soon.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Free delivery within Bengaluru (pincodes starting with 560)
    • A flat shipping charge of ₹500 applies for deliveries outside Bengaluru
    • Standard delivery time: 7–15 business days for ready-made furniture
    • Custom furniture: 15–30 business days depending on design complexity
    • We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery slot

    5. Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

    • The product has a manufacturing defect
    • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered
    • The product is damaged during transit

    Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

    6. Warranty

    All HOMSOFADECOR furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty covering the frame and internal mechanism. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric fading, stains, damage caused by misuse, or damage caused by pets. Upholstery fabric and leather warranties vary by material — please ask at the time of purchase.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    HOMSOFADECOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

    8. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
