What is the delivery and installation process?
- Photo approval - we share a finished-sofa photo for your sign-off.
- Delivery booking - you pick a 2-hour slot, weekday or weekend.
- On the day - our team calls 30 minutes before arrival.
- Carry-in - lift to your floor (up to 8 floors with lift, 3 floors walk-up free).
- Assembly - in-room assembly using our own tools.
- Inspection & handover - you check the sofa; we walk through care instructions.
- Balance payment - settle the remaining 30% by UPI, card, or cash.
How long is the typical delivery timeline?
From order confirmation: 15-21 working days for standard fabric/leatherette sofas, 20-28 days for leather and recliners, and 25-35 days for custom carved wooden pieces. We share weekly progress photos for orders above ₹40,000.

What if my apartment has narrow stairs or no lift?
We pre-check door and lift dimensions during your order. For tight spaces we build modular sofas that disassemble into 2-4 pieces and reassemble in-room. For ground-floor inaccessibility (high gates, narrow stairwell), we use a hoist - this is free on prior intimation.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes - across Karnataka and pan-India through our trusted transport partners. Outstation transport is quoted separately, typically ₹500-₹3,000 within Karnataka and ₹3,000-₹8,000 outside. Insurance is included; transit time is 2-7 days.
What if there is a defect on delivery?
Inspect carefully during the handover. Any cosmetic or workmanship issue - mark it on the delivery sheet and we fix it at our cost within 7 days. Major defects are replaced free. Your 1-year frame warranty starts from delivery date.
