    Shipping Policy

    At HOMSOFADECOR we ship pan-India directly from our Bengaluru workshop. Below are the standard timelines and charges that apply to every order.

    Delivery Timeline

    • Bengaluru (560xxx pincodes): 3–7 working days from order confirmation.
    • Other Karnataka cities: 5–10 working days.
    • Rest of India: 7–14 working days depending on location.
    • Pre-order / made-to-order items: 18–25 working days for crafting + dispatch.

    Shipping Charges

    • Free delivery within Bengaluru (560xxx pincodes), regardless of order value.
    • Outside Bengaluru: a flat ₹500 logistics charge applies per order.
    • Bulky / multi-piece orders may be quoted separately — we'll confirm before dispatch.

    Order Tracking

    You will receive your tracking number and courier name via email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched. You can also track status anytime at Track Order using your order number and email.

    Damaged or Missing on Arrival

    If your shipment arrives damaged or pieces are missing, please record an unboxing video and email it to info@homsofadecor.com within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement / refund as per our Return Policy.

    Installation

    Free in-home placement is included for all Bengaluru deliveries. For other cities, the courier delivers to your doorstep and our customer-care team will guide assembly remotely.
