Standard showroom sofas come in fixed sizes, fixed fabrics, and fixed colors. If your living room is 8.5 ft wide, the closest "standard" 9 ft sofa won't fit. Pre-ordering solves this — every dimension and material is built to your spec, in Bengaluru, by our in-house craftsmen.

The 5-Step Pre-Order Process

Step 1: Browse & Pick a Base Design

Visit our catalog and pick any sofa marked "Pre-Order". Pre-order pricing matches the in-stock price — no premium for customization.

Step 2: Customize the Spec

• Width, depth, and height (within ±20% of base dimensions)
• Fabric type (40+ swatches available) and color
• Wood finish for legs and frame
• Cushion firmness (soft, medium, firm)
• Optional add-ons: storage box, USB ports, recliner mechanism

Step 3: Quote & Confirmation

You'll receive a written quote within 4 working hours. Confirm by paying a 50% advance via UPI, Razorpay, or bank transfer. The remaining 50% is paid on delivery.

Step 4: Production (14 Days)

Your sofa goes into our Bengaluru workshop. We share progress photos at three milestones — frame complete, foam fitted, upholstery wrapped — so there are no surprises.

Step 5: Delivery & Installation (Day 21)

Free delivery within Bengaluru, white-glove installation, and old sofa removal on request. Outside Bengaluru, shipping is calculated at checkout.

What's Covered Under Warranty

• Frame: 3 years
• Foam & cushioning: 1 year
• Recliner mechanism: 1 year
• Upholstery: 6 months against manufacturing defects

Can I cancel after paying advance? Yes, within 48 hours for a full refund. After that, the advance is non-refundable since fabric is cut to your spec.

Do you ship outside Bengaluru? Yes — pan-India shipping with safe-delivery insurance.

Can I see the sofa before delivery? Absolutely. We share photos and a 30-second video before dispatch.
